Individual 1 to 1 Session
Soley based on the individual, to build and refine the strengthens and/or current limitations to development and performance for the player. Each player's playing characteristics are the focus of the session planning and delivery to ensure that the sessions are as individualised as possible.
Elite and Development Group Session
Focus on the overall game. Drawing in on the need to understand the tactical/social elements as well as developing the technical base. This session develops the game understanding with players learning their roles and how their actions impacts the game. Real game overload and outnumbered scenarios are used for easy transference to their game.
